All divisions of SFO are ISO 9001:2000 certified. SFO has a pool of trained blackbelts and have completed many six sigma programs.  We have applied six sigma concepts in transactional processes which has helped us to improve our on-time delivery rating from 97% to 99%. SFO divisions have won many awards for quality in the national level and also have won accolades and awards for quality from most of our customers competing with other suppliers world over.

SFO cares for environment too. We are in the process of getting ISO 14000 certification and will be certified shortly.

Our development as well as manufacturing  divisions are ISO 9001:2000 certified. We have also undertaken an ambitious six sigma project for our design and manufacturing processes and are currently in the control phase.

SFO technologies (Electronics Division) Bangalore received ISO 13485 Certification for the Quality management system for its Medical Devices from UL

The benefits of registration to ISO 13485 include international recognition of compliance with the FDA Quality System Regulations and unique medical industry standards, facilitation of global business, and improvement of process, product, and service quality. In addition, the ISO 13485 certification satisfies a significant portion of the EU Directive requirements for marketing medical devices in Europe.  ISO 13485 is an international standard, recognized throughout the world for establishing a business management system specific to the medical device industry.
